Scheduling Appointments

The best way to schedule an appointment with any one of our providers, is to call the office at 585-425-9820. After hours, please feel free to email us. or leave a message on our answering machine and we'll call you first thing in the morning.

If this is your first visit to our office, please download the intake forms, fill them out and bring them with you.

If you have already had xray and/or MRI exams performed, please get a copy of the report. Or, if possible please bring the films with you.

The practitioner's schedules do change throughout the year because of changes in our teaching schedules at New York Chiropractic College, Rochester Institutue of Technology, Nazareth College and Onondaga School of Massage.
