It's hard for me to
believe that over the past 16 years, I've treated more than
6,000 people, taught more than 2500 chiropractic students and
delivered in excess of 200,000 chiropractic adjustments.
I've met a lot of outstanding people and had many rewarding
experiences. I look forward to the next 30 years doing
what I love best.
For those of you trying to
learn more about me and the type of chiropractor I am, here are
descriptions of the different professional responsibilities I
have.
DOCTOR OF CHIROPRACTIC
I've been a family chiropractor for over 15 years. I
specialize in helping people improve the quality of their lives. The
number one reason people come to my office is to get out of pain. I
am trained to manage "neuromusculoskeletal pain". That's a fancy way
of saying, when structure and function compromise your health... a
chiropractor is the specialist you should see.
ADJUNCT ASSISTANT
PROFESSOR
Since 1997, I have taught part-time at New York Chiropractic
College in the Basic Sciences and Clinical Sciences Departments. I
enjoy teaching our future Doctors of Chiropractic. They keep me
current with the newest methods and treatments, not to mention, it
helps reinforce what I learned when I was a student. When I have a
tough case, I can get multiple "2nd-opinions" because of my
connections through NYCC.
BUSINESS MANAGER /
CONSULTANT
The BodyMind Center at Thompson Health in Canandaigua delivers a
wide variety of Integrative Complementary Medicine offerings
including Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Chinese
Medicine, Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Healing Touch, Biofeedback
and Wellness Coaching. I manage the providers and the office
procedures of the Center. This has been a very rewarding
experience.
SO... IF YOU DON'T
ALREADY HAVE A CHIROPRACTOR,
WOULD YOU LIKE ONE?
Searching for a healthcare professional you feel comfortable
with is a difficult task. I invite new clients to set up a
"Complimentary Consultation" at no
charge to allow you to meet me, discuss your needs and answer
your questions. Then we can move on to the next step of
setting up an appointment for treatment.
My treatment philosophy is
pretty simple. I believe in using chiropractic care "when
you need it". Once your problem is solved, I'll dismiss
you from care until the next time you need me. Most
patients respond well to treatment after just one visit.
Then usually 4-5 additional visits are needed for follow-up and
case management of the initial patient diagnosis.
